Shipping Policy:

Our approximate processing time, the time to receive, prepare and ship your freeze dried treats, is 1-2 days. We are a small family owned and operated business. We pride ourselves on making sure every order is fresh and made to order. During periods of high demand, our processing time may exceed 2 days but we work very hard to get the order processed and shipped in the fastest, most efficient time possible. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification, including the tracking number.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are based on the buyer's total order weight and location. Shipment rates are calculated at the checkout by the company, and these rates are subject to change without notice.

United States Shipping Rates: The shipping rate is $7 if the weight of the package is under 1 lbs. and $12 if the weight of the package is over 1 lbs. Shipping is free on all orders $50 or more.

Additional Info Processing & Shipping:

Processing and shipping time are two different things. What you chose upon checkout is the shipping timeframe, this is after the processing time needed to receive, make and prepare your package.
